GENERAL CONDITIONS

Below are the terms and conditions that regulate the use of the WEBSITE BlackCylistsNetwork.com hereinafter, (the “WEBSITE“), “User” means any natural person who accesses the WEBSITE to obtain information and contract any of the services offered therein. It is mandatory that, prior to the execution of their purchase, the User read and understand the general conditions that are determined below, as well as additional information and the specific conditions of the product and / or service that they intend to contract or purchase.

1. PRODUCTS / SERVICES OFFERED 

The sale of cycling tours through this page and its contents belongs exclusively to Black Cyclists Network.

2. VARIATION IN PRICES

The price may be revised as a result of changes in rates and / or fluctuations in the exchange rate. Purchases already completed will not be affected, at any time, by price changes. As detailed below, the reservation will become a purchase once the process is completed, and a confirmation number is created.

 

3. RESERVATION AND CONTRACTING METHOD 

We will inform you when we have received your reservation, and we will respond by email. Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received the deposit. The reservation deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance (final payment) will be agreed in your confirmation email, in which the existence of the contract and the product object thereof that the User is buying through the web will be ratified.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY 

In the event the user intends to cancel their cycling trip, the user must send an email to blackcylcistsnetwork@gmail.com for this. No payment will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 60 days of the date reserved for the cycling tour. If you cancel before 60 days of the date reserved for the start of the cycling tour, we will refund the remaining balance less the deposit paid. 

 

5. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS 

If you have any claim in relation to the products / services contracted with us, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can try to fix it. If we cannot solve the problem for you, we will try to agree on a suitable solution. Email BLACKCYCLISTSNETWORK@GMAIL.COM.

 

6. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit and healthy enough to complete your cycling routes. We reserve the right to require you to present a medical certificate of fitness to participate in them. If you are affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that may affect your ability to operate a bicycle, you must inform us before booking.

You must inform us immediately if, within 4 weeks prior to your arrival date or during your break, any member of your party has or develops an infectious or contagious medical condition. If so, we have the right to refuse to accept your reservation. Please ensure you are fully covered abroad for any accidents or illnesses that could occur whilst on your trip and please note that for those previously eligible the E111 has been phased out and replaced by the new UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). 7. LIABILITY

BLACK CYCLISTS NETWORK is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Users are responsible for their own actions and assume all risks associated with cycling and other tour activities.

 

8. MARKETING

Photographs, likenesses or images of participants secured or taken on any of our tours may be used by us without remuneration in all media for bona fide promotional or marketing purposes.
