MANI
Club Chair and Founder of BCN
I got into cycling in 2009. I was working as a Government employee and used my bike to commute to work. I caught the cycling bug in 2011 after a colleague convinced me to ride from London to Denmark for charity. Since then, I have travelled the world on my bike and have gone on to compete in amateur and professional level bike races here in the UK and Internationally. I currently represent Ghana on the world stage. In 2018 I formed Black Cyclists Network to encourage black and brown riders to get into cycling. This project has been a huge success and has contributed to much of the diversity you see today.
